Description

Signs of Life offers a thoughtful exploration of the customs, prayers, and practices that shape Catholic life. Through forty short chapters, the book examines familiar elements of the faith and reveals the biblical and historical foundations that give them meaning.

Each chapter focuses on a particular custom or devotion, such as the Sign of the Cross, the Mass, the Sacraments, prayer with the saints, guardian angels, sacred images and relics, and the celebration of major feasts such as Easter and Christmas. By tracing these practices back to Sacred Scripture and the life of the early Church, the book helps readers see how Catholic traditions are deeply rooted in the biblical story of salvation.

Written in a clear and accessible style, the reflections also address common questions and misunderstandings about Catholic beliefs and rituals. The result is both an introduction to the richness of Catholic tradition and a guide for living the faith more intentionally in daily life.

A helpful resource for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of the customs that shape Catholic prayer and practice.
