Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer shipping across South Africa through our trusted courier partner, The Courier Guy.

If you are based in Johannesburg and can collect from Rosebank, please select "Collection" at checkout, and the team will arrange details.  Please note that Surrender Gifts is predominantly an online store and can accommodate customers by appointment only.  

Delivery Time:

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 1–2 days (Gauteng) and 2–7 days (Rest of SA, depending on your location).

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Returns Policy

At Surrender Gifts, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the issue.
• Books and gifts must be returned in their original condition—unused and undamaged—to qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Digital products are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at SurrenderGifts@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
• If your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds:

• Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Digital Products and Printables:

• Due to the nature of digital products, these items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
