About Our Store

Do you have a physical store?
No, we are an online-only business. However, the repository at Craighall Catholic Church stocks some of our products.

We also occasionally pop up at markets and events—keep an eye on our Surrender Gifts Instagram page and Caeli Studios Instagram page for updates!

Would you be willing to stock my repository?
Yes - please ask your parish/repository to reach out to us via email at surrendergifts@gmail.com, and we’ll see if we can arrange something.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

  • Direct EFT
  • Credit & Debit Cards (Mastercard & Visa)
  • Zapper
    At markets, we also accept SnapScan, Zapper, credit cards, and cash.
    Once the payment reflects, your order will be processed.

Can I cancel or alter my order?
Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to alter or cancel it. However, if the item(s) don’t work out, we can assist with an exchange or refund if the product is unopened and in its original condition.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we do our best to offer discounts on bulk orders. However, since we keep our markups low, discounts are small.

Shipping & Collection

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, no—not at this stage.

Can I use a P.O. Box as my shipping address?
No, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
We offer door-to-door delivery and locker-to-Pudo locker delivery. Parcels must be delivered to a physical address.

How long do I have to wait before I receive my order?

  • EFT payments can take up to 72 hours to reflect. Once payment is received, your order will be processed.
  • If the item is in stock, delivery takes:
    • 1–2 working days in Gauteng
    • 2–7 working days in the rest of South Africa (depending on your location).
  • If a product is no longer available, we will notify you.

What is the delivery lead time?
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days before dispatch.
Once dispatched, delivery takes:

  • 1–2 working days in Gauteng
  • 2–7 working days in the rest of South Africa (depending on your location).
    For personalised or bulk orders, processing takes slightly longer. Pre-orders depend on when stock arrives in SA.
    We encourage you to order early, especially for gifts!

Is collection available?
Collection is available from the Rosebank area, Johannesburg. 
Select "Collection" at checkout, and our team will contact you to arrange the details.
Please note that Surrender Gifts is predominantly an online store and can accommodate customers by appointment only.  

Do you offer same-day or express delivery?
No, as our delivery times are already quite short. However, if you need something urgently, please email us at surrendergifts@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis, as long as the item is in original, unused, and undamaged condition.

What if something is missing from my order?
We take care to check all orders before dispatch, but if something is missing, please contact us at surrendergifts@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Product Availability & Special Requests

Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes, we do our best to restock items, though prices may vary, especially for imported products due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Can I request a specific religious item that isn’t listed on your website?
Yes! Email us with your request, and we’ll do our best to source it for you—or direct you to a supplier who can help.

Gift Options

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Yes! Simply search for "gift wrapping" and add it to your cart.
At checkout, use the order notes section to provide additional details.
Please note that we don’t do bows, as they may get crushed during transit.
