Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the issue.
• Books and gifts must be returned in their original condition—unused and undamaged—to qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Digital products are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

• If your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds:

• Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Digital Products and Printables:

• Due to the nature of digital products, these items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
