Order processing and delivery
We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery is quick — usually 1–2 days within Gauteng, and 2–7 days for the rest of South Africa, depending on your location. Once we hand your parcel over to the courier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

Delivery costs
Delivery to a Pudo locker near you starts at R65, and delivery to your door starts at R85. Final costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Orders can also be collected by appointment in Rosebank/Sandton for a fee of R15.
