Shipping Information

Order processing and delivery
We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery is quick — usually 1–2 days within Gauteng, and 2–7 days for the rest of South Africa, depending on your location. Once we hand your parcel over to the courier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number immediately. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.

Delivery costs
Delivery to a Pudo locker near you starts at R65, and delivery to your door starts at R85. Final costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Orders can also be collected by appointment in Rosebank/Sandton for a fee of R15.

We package all items with care, but please note that Surrender Gifts is not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. If something does go wrong, get in touch — we’ll always do our best to assist.
