Description

How to Survive Being Married to a Catholic offers a light-hearted yet informative introduction to Catholic beliefs, practices, and attitudes, particularly for those who share their life with a Catholic spouse or partner. Using a lively cartoon format with full-colour illustrations, the book explains core aspects of the faith in a clear and engaging way.

Structured in thirteen approachable chapters, it provides straightforward answers to more than eighty frequently asked questions about Catholicism. Topics range from the Church’s teachings and sacramental life to devotional practices and everyday Catholic customs, helping readers better understand the rhythms and reasoning of the faith.

In addition to the illustrated explanations, the book includes a glossary of Catholic terms and suggestions for further reading, making it both an accessible overview and a helpful reference guide. First published over three decades ago and updated with new content, it continues to serve as a practical resource for interfaith marriages and families.

A clear and engaging guide for those seeking to understand Catholic life and belief more fully.
