In the past few weeks we've had quite a few requests for Confirmation gifts and thankfully we're ready to go with a whole range of options that are perfect for the occasion!
In case you didn't know, Confirmation is one of the three Sacraments of Initiation, along with Baptism and the Eucharist. Through it, we are sealed with the gift of the Holy Spirit and strengthened to live as faithful witnesses of Christ.
It's an incredibly beautiful Sacrament that is the beginning of a deeper commitment to live out our faith boldly. Like the Apostles at Pentecost, we are filled with the Spirit so that we can carry Christ's light into the world.
Let us pray for all those preparing to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation - that they may be open to the Spirit's gifts of wisdom, understanding, counsel, fortitude, knowledge, piety, and fear of the Lord. May their hearts be set on fire with love for God!
